The Inligo Networks international cable network called the Asia Connect Cable System (ACC-1) is designed with best-of-breed technologies, leveraging the latest advances in Space Division Multiplexing (SDM) amplifier design and WSS ROADM technology – the next-generation Wavelength Division Multiplexing for maximum configuration flexibility and service optionality.
As an independent, integrated system, interconnection with our terrestrial networks will be seamless.

Our network design currently comprises 4 global regions across a single technology platform and seamlessly interconnects with partner networks to provide an integrated approach to service delivery.
Our Interconnection with Domestic Networks
Inligo’s planned domestic networks include our Unite Cable System in Australia (UNITE), our domestic US West Coast (USWEST) network connecting Los Angeles, San Jose, San Francisco, Portland and Seattle. Inligo is also deploying network infrastructure in Singapore, Indonesia and East Timor.
Our domestic network designs incorporate WSS (Wavelength Selective Switch) ROADM technologies to deliver wavelength services between Points of Presence (POP’s) on the Domestic Networks in country rather than handing off services in our international landing points providing a seamless connection experience between all locations on our network.
These WSS (Wavelength Selective Switch) technologies being completely modular, can be customised to the individual wavelength and provides highly tuned wavelength selection, switching, power monitoring, and auto-power balancing all within a single device.
Integrated Provisioning
With an integrated approach to OSS/BSS and service provisioning, network services for on-net customer locations will make provisioning possible in days not months. Likewise, service changes (upgrades) will be accommodated quickly and effectively.
High Capacity Express Network Paths
The ACC-1 Cable System will provide capacity in a configuration of express transmission paths between locations and also utilise next generation WSS ROADM technologies to optimise path availability and choice for wholesale customers.
