In reply to Jill Smith. Hello Jill, Looks like you are using Safari which has an auto zip extractor and you got the unzipped files on your mac. In this case, open Safari and go to "Safari => Preferences" and in the “General” tab, uncheck Open "safe" files after downloading. This will stop Safari from automatically unzipping the files and then you can download zip file

I purchased Travel Master Pro and downloaded to my Mac. I go to upload and it all it does it just move around in the files, nothing uploads. I can not find a zip file that the talk about in installation.
